What I love about my job: I began my career at Â鶹¹ÙÍø in 1987 in the Office of Admission, where I held a variety of operations-focused roles over the next 29 years. In 2016, I transitioned to my current position in the Office of Financial Aid, where I specialize in data management and process improvement related to financial aid applications and student loans. What I love most about my work is the opportunity to combine analytical problem-solving with meaningful service to students and families. I enjoy using data and efficient processes to help ensure students receive the support they need, and I find it especially rewarding to build connections with prospective and current students and their families while helping them navigate important financial decisions.

What I love about Â鶹¹ÙÍø: I love the sense of community. As a small town, Â鶹¹ÙÍø offers a welcoming atmosphere where people genuinely care about each another and are always willing to lend a hand. Over the years, I've appreciated the opportunity to build lasting relationships with colleagues, students, and community members. This is a place where you feel connected, valued, and truly at home.

Hobbies/activities: When I’m not working, you’ll find me engrossed in a good book, cheering on my favorite college and professional women’s basketball teams, and spending quality time with my family (and no family gathering would be complete without at least one dog by our side!).

Advice about searching for schools: Look beyond rankings and focus on schools that have the right fit for your goals, interests, and learning style. If possible, visit campuses, talk with current students, and imagine yourself as part of the community.

Advice about applying to schools: Read your email and pay close attention to application requirements and deadlines. Most importantly, don’t be afraid to ask questions!
